Snake Lake is responsible for all coordination of construction activities as a general contractor. This includes our responsibility to safety and providing a safe work environment. Snake Lake is C.O.R. certified through the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association since 2001. Snake Lake takes an active role in on site safety by employing certified C.S.O.s' and having daily involvement of site Management.

Through on going training, safe work practices, and the effective use of staff input, Snake Lake has evolved our safety systems to meet modern demands and the demands of our clients while providing a safe work environment.

At Snake Lake we are proud to say that approximately 70% of our current workforce is hired directly from Northern Saskatchewan and that Snake Lake makes a best effort to contribute to the local economy.
